 Bushing Change Instructions



Step 1: Remove the plastic bushing that is currently in the handpiece.

Step 2: Insert the new metal bushing just until it stops in the end of the handpiece. Lubricate the 
        threads with some vaseline.

Step 3: Screw the end cap onto the handpiece but do not tighten.

Step 4: Slip a piece of fiber into the handpiece and thru the bushing. Do not skip this step or the bushing
will close down to much and the fiber will be difficult to insert. If this happens just pry the bushing open
by using a thin object to spread the 4 sections of the bushing but be very careful you only open it enough
to allow the fiber to slip thru.

Step 5: Rotate the cap until you can rotate it no further this will seat the bushing in the handpiece. 

Step 6: Loosen the cap and remove the fiber the handpiece is now ready for use.

Step 7: Insert a fiber when you are ready to do your work and rotate the cap until the fiber does not move.
